Billing and refunds

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. For a refund or a billing question, email support@rabitledger.site or use the link in your Paddle receipt. See the Refund Policy.

Report abuse or phishing

If you see a website, message or account using the Rabit Ledger name or logo to ask for passwords, card details, PINs, OTPs or recovery phrases, it is not us. Please forward the details (links, screenshots, sender) to support@rabitledger.site with the subject “Abuse report”.

Privacy and data requests

You can export your data or delete your account yourself in Settings → Your data. For anything else, email support@rabitledger.site from the address on your account. See the Privacy Policy.
