1. Who we are
Rabit Ledger (the “Service”) is operated by Sayef Iftekhar Mahmud Tasin, a sole proprietor trading as Rabit Ledger (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What the Service is, and isn't
Rabit Ledger is a tool for tracking and planning your personal finances. It works only with information you type in or import yourself.
- It is a tracking tool, not financial advice. Forecasts, budgets and summaries are estimates based on your own entries. Decisions about your money are yours.
- It is not a bank, payment service, exchange, wallet or investment platform, and it cannot hold, move or receive money.
- It never connects to your bank, card, mobile-wallet or crypto accounts.
- It is not affiliated with Ledger SAS or any hardware-wallet company.
3. Your account
- Give accurate sign-up information and keep your password secure.
- You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@rabitledger.site if you think someone else has used it.
- You must be at least 13, and old enough to enter a contract where you live (or have a parent's or guardian's permission).
4. Your content
The data you enter belongs to you. You let us store and process it only to provide the Service to you. You can export it or delete your account at any time from Settings → Your data. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
5. Plans and payments
Rabit Ledger has a free plan and a paid plan, Rabit Ledger Pro. Paid subscriptions are sold to customers outside Bangladesh.
Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, payment, sales tax and VAT, invoicing and refunds, under its own buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
We may also grant Pro to some accounts at our discretion (for example, testers or invitations). A granted plan can have an end date and may be withdrawn.
6. Acceptable use
Don't:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to track money from illegal activity;
- try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around plan limits;
- probe, scan, overload or disrupt the Service, or scrape it with automated tools beyond normal personal use;
- upload malware, or use the Service to send spam or phishing;
- resell the Service or present it as your own.
7. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the Service at risk, or where the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we make a change that materially affects paid subscribers, we'll give reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer where you live.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
